• Free Shipping: Available on all orders $89 USD and above

Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email at your registered email address (orders@ellastouch.com) with:
  • Tracking number
  • Courier details
  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

• We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Any additional charges for re-shipping or address corrections will be borne by the customer
